DTF GANG SHEET - AUTO BUILDER

Before You Order

This product allows you to create your own gangsheet using our Auto Builder by arranging and laying out the images you upload.

The canvas size is based on the gangsheet size you select.
Please make sure your artwork dimensions are correct, as your final layout will be printed exactly as shown.

If you're unsure about sizing, leave us a note — we can assist with general sizing guidance.

How It Works

1. Upload Your PNG
   Upload high-resolution PNG files (minimum 300 DPI) with a transparent background. Once uploaded, you’ll be able to view each image’s details & dimensions before arranging them.
   
2. Layout your PNG images
   

   Click “Generate New DTF Sheet” to begin building your gangsheet.
   Your uploaded designs will appear in the list.

   Click “Edit Design” to resize, position, and arrange your images on the canvas.
   Follow the on-screen prompts and video tutorials to complete your layout.

Unless otherwise noted, your gangsheet will be printed exactly as submitted.

File Requirements

• PNG format
• Minimum 300 DPI
• Transparent background
• Avoid semi-transparency
• Avoid lines or text thinner than 0.5mm (5px)

High-resolution files generally produce sharper, cleaner prints.

Pressing Notes

A heat press is strongly recommended for best results.

Home irons, Cricut presses, and low-pressure auto presses may not apply enough pressure for consistent bonding.
