Returns & Refunds Policy

We make things custom. But we also make things right.


1. 📦 No Returns for “Change of Mind” for Customised Products

Our products are made just for you, one by one — which means we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you uploaded the wrong artwork, changed your idea, or just aren’t feeling it anymore — we totally get it, but we can’t reprint for free.


2. ✅ What We Do Cover

We’ve got your back when something’s genuinely off. We will reprint or credit you in cases of:

  • Misprints

  • Damaged prints (during production)

  • Clearly flawed transfers that are our fault

To qualify:

  • Contact us at sales@dtflab.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number, a short note, and a clear photo

  • Once reviewed and approved, we’ll sort you out — fast


3. 🎯 Print Tolerances

We’re good, but we’re still human (or at least mostly). Here’s what counts as within spec:

Tolerance Type Acceptable Range
Print Dimensions ±1cm
Print Placement (if we press) ±3cm vertically or horizontally

Slight shifts happen. If it’s within these ranges, it’s not considered a defect.


4. 📤 Who Pays Return Shipping?

If we mess up — we’ll cover it.
If you’re returning for any other reason, you cover the return shipping.


5. 🎨 Your Design, Your Responsibility

  • Check your artwork before placing the order. We don’t proof or edit your files.

  • Ensure correct file format, resolution, and color profiles — what you upload is what we print.

  • Orders are locked in once paid. Edits after checkout aren’t guaranteed to be applied.
