1. 📦 Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders using Australia Post with full tracking. Occasionally, we may use other reliable carriers to ensure your prints arrive quickly and safely.

2. 🕒 Processing & Delivery Time

👉 For DIY Film Orders (Gangsheet/Transfers Only):
• Print time: Usually within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Delivery time: Standard Australia Post times apply (typically 2–5 business days within Australia).
🧵 For Apparel Orders (If We're Supplying the Garment):
• Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery.
• If you’re on a deadline or need it urgently, reach out — we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.

3. 📃Freight & Large Orders

Some large, bulky or heavy orders may require manual freight confirmation depending on total shipment weight, carton size and delivery location.

If your order falls outside our standard shipping ranges, checkout may display:

“Please Contact Us For Shipping”

This shipping rate is a placeholder only and final freight charges will be confirmed separately before dispatch.

4. 🛡 Damage & Shipping Insurance

We pack your prints with care, but things happen.

Want peace of mind? Add Shipping Insurance at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged and you're insured, we’ll reprint and reship — no questions asked.
If not insured, we’ll help as much as we can — but cannot guarantee replacements.

5. 🚫 International Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only. No global drop yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.

6. 🧾 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. DTF LAB is not responsible for miss deliveries caused by typos, missing unit numbers, or misplaced suburbs from parallel universes.
