We ship all orders using Australia Post with full tracking. Occasionally, we may use other reliable carriers to ensure your prints arrive quickly and safely.

2. 🕒 Processing & Delivery Time

• 👉 For DIY Film Orders (Gangsheet/Transfers Only):
  • Print time: Usually within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Delivery time: Standard Australia Post times apply (typically 2–5 business days within Australia).

• 🧵 For Apparel Orders (If We're Supplying the Garment):
  • Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery.
  • If you’re on a deadline or need it urgently, reach out — we’ll do our best to fast-track your order.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox — or let it surprise you at the door.

4. 🛡 Damage & Shipping Insurance

We pack your prints with care, but things happen.

• Want peace of mind? Add Shipping Insurance at checkout.

• If your order arrives damaged and you're insured, we’ll reprint and reship — no questions asked.

• If not insured, we’ll help as much as we can — but cannot guarantee replacements.

5. 🚫 International Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only. No global drop yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. DTF LAB is not responsible for miss deliveries caused by typos, missing unit numbers, or misplaced suburbs from parallel universes.
